Production Supervisor

We’re all about restoring homes, businesses, and lives! We’re currently looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our emergency service operations and grow into a leadership role.

This is a middle management position with a clear 6-month to 1-year track to becoming an Emergency Service Project Manager (ESPM). 

As our Production Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing personnel, vehicles, and equipment involved in emergency restoration projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily field crew schedules, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and assisting in project estimation and cost management. This hands-on position will involve supervising field operations, participating in after-hours on-call duties, and working in the field for training and support purposes.

Here's a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:

  • Creating and managing the daily production schedule, including on-call rotations.
  • Supporting efforts to meet or exceed margin targets.
  • Assigning and dispatching team leaders and crews for Emergency Services and other approved requests.
  • Managing tool and equipment inventory, maintenance, and tracking.
  • Sharing your technical expertise in water mitigation, restoration, fire mitigation, and structural cleaning.

To excel in this role, you’ll need to:

  • Provide initial project assessments to help determine the size and scope.
  • Build strong relationships with referral partners, regularly communicating and conducting on-site meetings to confirm scopes and values.
  • Conduct performance reviews and foster employee development.
  • Ensure equipment and vehicles are clean, fully serviced, and well-maintained.
  • Maintain an organized warehouse, managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Promote a culture of safety by conducting weekly safety talks and adhering to safety protocols.

To thrive in this role, you should be able to exercise good judgment and follow instructions. Extended hours may be required due to changing workloads.
