HVAC Foreman

RestoreCore is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Foreman with a strong background in HVAC duct installation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising multiple crews on commercial and residential projects, ensuring that HVAC systems, particularly ductwork, are installed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day operations, including monitoring the installation of entire HVAC systems, ensuring all necessary materials are on-site to prevent job delays, and handling electrical tie-ins for air handlers and condensers.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead multiple HVAC crews on commercial and residential job sites, focusing on HVAC ductwork installation and system setup.
  • Oversee and actively participate in the installation of HVAC ductwork, ensuring compliance with SMACNA standards and quality expectations.
  • Ensure that all materials and equipment, specifically for ductwork and HVAC systems, are available on-site to avoid any job delays.
  • Perform electrical tie-ins for air handlers and condensers, including proper refrigerant charging of units.
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds safety standards and company quality expectations.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
  • Provide training and guidance to crew members, particularly in ductwork installation techniques, to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
  • Extensive experience in HVAC ductwork installation on both commercial and residential job sites.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be able to pass background checks, drug screenings, and obtain military base access.
