Emergency Service Project Manager

We're all about restoring homes, businesses, and lives! We're currently seeking an Emergency Service Project Manager (ESPM) to lead our mitigation efforts and ensure top-notch service delivery.

As our ESPM, you'll be in charge of managing personnel, vehicles, and equipment involved in emergency projects. Your responsibilities will include scheduling field crews, maintaining compliance with standards, and estimating project costs. We need someone who can go above and beyond to exceed project margins while effectively managing costs and providing accurate estimates. This hands-on role involves field supervision, participation in after-hours on-call duties, and occasional field work for training and support.

Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:

  • Creating and managing the daily emergency response schedule, including the on-call rotation.
  • Meeting or exceeding margin targets.
  • Assigning and dispatching team leaders and crews for Emergency Services and other approved requests.
  • Managing tool and equipment inventory, maintenance, and tracking.
  • Sharing your technical expertise in water mitigation, restoration, fire mitigation, and structural cleaning.

To excel in this role, you'll need to:

  • Provide an order of magnitude to determine an initial size and scope of the project.
  • Build strong relationships with referral partners, determining approved scopes and values through regular communication and on-site meetings.
  • Conduct annual and mid-year performance reviews, fostering employee development.
  • Ensure equipment and vehicles are clean, fully serviced, and well-maintained.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Promote a culture of safety by conducting weekly safety talks and adhering to safety protocols.

To thrive in this role, you should be able to exercise good judgment and follow instructions. Extended hours may be required due to changing workloads.
