Business Developer - B2B Sales

RestoreCore is looking for a high-performing Business Development professional with experience in restoration, property management, or insurance-related sales.

This is not an entry-level sales role. We’re looking for someone who knows the industry, understands the urgency of disaster response, and can build strong referral relationships that drive consistent revenue.

If you’ve worked in restoration sales or have established relationships with property managers, adjusters, or facility leaders, you’ll be a strong fit here.

Our Business Development team plays a critical role in driving growth through trusted relationships and consistent market presence. We are actively expanding in Central and North Jersey and looking for someone who can help accelerate that growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new business across commercial property management, multifamily, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, and institutional clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, risk managers, and insurance professionals
  • Generate referrals through networking, industry events, and strategic outreach
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and emergency response planning sessions
  • Represent RestoreCore in local associations (BOMA, IFMA, etc.)
  • Partner with operations to ensure strong client experience and retention
  • Manage and grow a consistent pipeline using CRM tools and sales tracking

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Prior experience in restoration, construction, property management, or insurance-related sales strongly preferred
  • Existing relationships within target verticals (property management, insurance, facilities)
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and building a pipeline
  • Strong presence, communication skills, and ability to influence decision-makers
  • Self-starter who thrives in a relationship-driven, performance-based role
